Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to feel completely confident when you shop with MODA54. If something isn’t quite right, our returns process is designed to be simple, transparent, and stress-free.
All UK returns are managed through our online Returns Portal, where you can generate a tracked Royal Mail return label in seconds.
Returns policy
How long do I have?
You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to initiate a return through our Returns Portal.
What can be returned?
To be eligible for a refund, items must be:
- unworn, unused, and in their original condition
- returned with all designer packaging and accessories
- free of marks, scent, or damage
- returned with the MODA54 security tag fully intact and attached
Items returned without their security tag cannot be accepted.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- opened or used beauty products
- fragrances
- underwear or intimate garments
- custom or made-to-order pieces (unless faulty)
If your item is faulty or incorrect, please contact Client Services within 48 hours of delivery.
How to start a return (UK customers)
- Visit the MODA54 Returns Portal (your developer will link this)
- Enter your order number and email address
- Select the item(s) you are returning
- Download your Royal Mail tracked return label
- Pack your item securely with the MODA54 security tag attached
- Drop your parcel at any Royal Mail location
We’ll email you as soon as your return has been received and processed.
Return shipping costs
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. The fee will be shown within the portal when you generate your label. We recommend keeping your Royal Mail receipt until your refund has been confirmed.
Refunds
Once your return has been approved by our team, refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Please allow:
- 3–5 working days for MODA54 to process your return, and
- Additional time for your bank or payment provider to release the funds (timelines vary)
We do not issue refunds as store credit unless specifically requested.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, simply place a new order once your refund has been completed.
International returns
International customers can initiate returns through the same portal. A DHL Express return label will be generated, and return shipping fees will be displayed before confirmation. Please note: duties and taxes paid at checkout or upon delivery are non-refundable, except where local regulations allow.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please:
- Email clientcare@moda54.com within 48 hours of delivery
- Include your order number and clear photos
Our team will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
