How do I place an order?
You can add your selected items to the cart and checkout using your preferred payment method. A confirmation email will be sent immediately, followed by a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.
Can I make changes or cancel my order?
We begin processing orders quickly, so modifications are not always possible. If you need help urgently, please contact clientcare@moda54.com or message us via WhatsApp and we will assist where feasible.
Do you offer special orders, pre-orders or custom pieces?
Some designers offer made-to-order, custom sizing or pre-order styles. If available, this will be shown on the product page. For special enquiries, please contact clientcare@moda54.com and our team will explore options directly with the designer.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
• UK Express: Delivered within 48 hours
• International Express: Delivered within 3–5 business days
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking email as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Complimentary express delivery is available on UK orders over £300.
Returns
What is your returns policy?
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to start a return through our Returns Portal. Items must be in original condition with all packaging and the MODA54 security tag attached.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not currently offer exchanges. If you require a different item, please return your original order and place a new purchase once your refund is processed.
How do I start a return?
You can use our Returns Portal to generate a tracked Royal Mail label (UK) or DHL label (international).
Who covers the return shipping cost?
Return postage fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Products & Sizing
How do I find my size?
Each product page includes a designer-specific size guide. If you require personal sizing guidance, our Client Services team will be happy to assist.
Are the products authentic?
Yes. We work directly with designers and verified brand partners to ensure authenticity.
Will sold-out items be restocked?
Restock availability varies by designer. If you select “Notify Me” on the product page, we will alert you if the item returns.
Payments & Duties
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and other secure methods. Checkout is available in GBP, USD and EUR.
Will I be charged customs duties or taxes?
For international orders, any applicable duties or taxes may appear at checkout. If not, DHL may contact you prior to delivery to settle required fees.
