The Role

What You'll Do

Ideal Candidate
- 2+ years in customer service, preferably in fashion or luxury retail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for fashion and understanding of style trends
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Experience with Shopify and customer service platforms
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
